Discover Your Dream Home
I have lived in the Baltimore area all my life. I began selling real estate at O’Connor, Piper & Flynn (OPF) back in 1989. The market was just coming out of a recession and the rates were recovering from above 15%. I had to learn how to market myself and my listing properly and I thank two of the multi-million dollar producers for enhancing training. When they were away, they even had enough faith in us to let us take over their business while they were gone. OPF later became Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
In about 2002 I went to Advance Realty, Inc. and later went to classes and took the Maryland State exam and passed the Broker’s test. I bought my own office in 2008, Advance Realty Professionals, Inc. and then the bubble broke. We stayed in business 4 years until I decided to close and go with Keller Williams Realty Baltimore.
Realtors can play an important role in achieving your dreams! As your real estate professional I can help get you the best terms and price for your ideal home. I'll help you select properties according to your budget and desired specifications. I do not want you to be house poor. Just because the loan officer says you can afford up to say $200,000 doesn’t mean you should spend that much. I will negotiate the best terms for your purchase that I possibly can.
If you're looking to sell your home listing with a real estate agent will help you sell your house. Statistics consistently show that having professional support makes a big difference when it comes to selling your home. Real estate agents know what repairs need to be done, how to stage a home, how to market, how to set the price and how to negotiate. I've done it hundreds of times before and can be a huge asset in your transaction.
I love my job! Helping people find the home of their dreams is so satisfying. To see the look on someone’s face when they finally get the keys to their first home is amazing! Then to see that person grow and mature and resell the home to move to a bigger one and later sell a home to their children is beyond words. Our dog, Buddy, is a Brittany Spaniel and he thinks he is a person. He lets us live in his house and sleep in his bed. LOL
